So...Today

I was a bit of a bawl baby today.
I blame hormones. That time of the month, ya know.
I hate hate hate using that as an excuse, but you know what I hate even more?
Admitting that that's the excuse.
I like to pretend this doesn't happen once every month.
But sometimes that's the only explanation.
Either that or I am in fact losing it.

I spent the morning with tears spilling uncontrollably.
Sometimes I was crying.
Sometimes I was laughing.
For 30 of those morning minutes I was parked outside of Bajio's waiting for it to open.
In case you're wondering, it opens at 11:00 am. In Provo and Orem.

I debated whether or not to call Husband.
Another thing I hate hate hate is calling him just to cry or complain or make him feel bad or worry about what is going on at home while he's at work. That's the last thing he needs and the last thing I want.
So...I texted him instead.
It went something like this:

Me:: I'm a bit of a bawl baby today.
Husband:: Oh no! Is there anything I can do for you?
Me:: No, I'm fine. My eyes just won't stop crying.

Me:: Damn hormones.

In other news...
::Third Daughter has learned how to make a frog sound. Sounds like a gremlin. I love it.
::Second Daughter is letting me french braid her hair these days.
::The sun is shining! (Even though it still is frigid outside.)
::Husband has given me permission not to worry about my weight loss/gain until after our new home is purchased. Not like I need his permission, but for some reason I felt relieved to hear it.
::After one year, I have finally scheduled an appointment to get my hair trimmed.
::I'm loving the photography class I'm taking. I'm loving all these pictures of my kiddos.
::I made it to the gym today after one week of not being there. Felt great.
::I'm feeling loved. Thank you.

Hey we all need a good monthly cry. Or weekly cry. Or, in my case, daily cry.

Totally understand-- seems like we all have mornings, days and sometimes weeks like that. :) Want me to bring you a red mango? That or chocolate always help me feel better although I wish I had a cure for you.
