One easy way to cut calories in your diet is to eliminate liquid calories. Even healthy liquids like 100% fruit juice have a lot of calories, and I don't know about you, but very rarely do I stick to the 8 oz. serving size.
A better option when counting calories is to eat a piece of fruit and drink a large glass of water. A lot less calories and it satisfies both your hunger and your thirst.
