Six Week Plan: Day 6

Breakfast: Kirkland Weight Loss Shake (Calories=230)
AM Snack:
Lunch: Kirkland Weight Loss Shake (Calories-230)

PM Snack:
Dinner: 2 Teryaki cheeseburgers on lettuce, no bun, 1 cup watermelon (Calories=617)
Late Snack: 1/2 cup gelato from Costco (Calories=200)


Total Calories: 1277



Exercise: Saturday = cardio
60 min: run
5 min: walk
5.75 total miles

Success: I didn't get out running first thing this morning. After doing chores (and mowing the lawn!) I got myself to the gym. I had to run off those brownie sundaes! Also, I wanted soda really badly today, but I held strong. Success!

Confession: Today was the first day I really wanted soda. Today was tough.
