Six Week Plan: Day 3

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 wheat toast (Calories=175)
AM Snack: 1/2 Morning Smoothie (Calories=175)
Lunch: 3 black bean & corn tacos on corn tortillas w/ avocado (Calories=335)
PM Snack: 2 meatballs, 1 cup zucchini, 1 piece homemade bread (Calories=350?)
Dinner: Red Mango w/ mochi & graham cracker crumbs (Calories=338)

Total Calories: 1373

Exercise: Wednesday = cardio
12 min: run
20 min: walk at incline
12 min: run
20 min: walk at incline
10 min: run
(Total 4.5 miles on treadmill)
15 min: stairs

Success: I was really dragging at the gym today. Every muscle in my body was sore from lifting yesterday. Even my armpits hurt! When I got on the treadmill and started running I thought, "there is no way," but I decided to just keep going. I figure walking is better than nothing. I just kept going and actually made it for over an hour! A good read and a great friend next to me to talk to sure helped a lot :)

Confession: I may or may not have guessed on the calories in homemade bread. And let's just say I rounded down...

And yes, I did plan my meals around Red Mango. It was completely intentional to have a large frozen yogurt for dinner :)
