Six Week Plan: Day 10

Breakfast: 1/2 Morning Smoothie (Calories=175)
AM Snack: 1 egg, 1 wheat toast (Calories=165)

Lunch: 6 oz. beef roast (Calories=383)

PM Snack: 1/2 Morning Smoothie (Calories=175)
Dinner: thai lettuce wraps w/ peanut sauce (Calories=251)
Treat: 2 pumpkin choc. chip cookies & some candy corns (Calories=400?)

Total Calories: 1549


Didn't do great today. Ok, I did great, besides the treat that blew my calories. Could've stuck to one cookie and I would've been fine. I was feeling a bit emotional and when that happens I lose all will power. I am actually glad it was only two cookies. Emotional eating = not good.


Exercise: Wednesday = cardio
35 min: run on the trail w/ double jogging stroller (wow, those kids are getting heavy!)

Our run was cut short due to thunder. I'm glad we turned around because by the time we got home it was raining. And I was wearing white :)


Success: I didn't have a churro with the kiddos at Costco today. That is one of my most favoritist treats. And I resisted. Go me.
Confession: I may or may not have had a handful of Skittles that I didn't account for in my calories. Like I told you, I'm an emotional eater...

That would be SO much fun!! We could do some kind of relay...ooooooo fun!!
