Six Week Plan: Day 1

Breakfast: 1/2 Morning Smoothie (Calories=175)
AM Snack: 1/2 Morning Smoothie (Calories=175)

(Meg's Morning Smoothie = 1 c. spinach, 5 baby carrots, 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries, 1/2 cup mixed frozen fruit, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup cantaloupe, 8 oz. orange juice, 8 0z. water. Total Calories = 350)

Lunch: 3 oz. pork chop (leftovers), 2 cups steamed broccoli (Calories=233)
PM Snack:
Dinner: 3 corn & black bean tacos on corn tortillas w/ green onion, cilantro, & avocado - YUM! (Calories=379)
FHE Treat: 1/2 cup choc. chip gelato from Costco (Calories=200)

Total Calories: 1160

Exercise: Monday = cardio
55 minute: run, on treadmill (5.5 miles)
15 minute: stairs

Pounds Lost: 0
Pounds Left to Lose: 10

Success: No soda!
Confession: After a birthday weekend of cake, ice cream, and treats, with a Relief Society sleepover in there as well, I unfortunately have more like 10 pounds to lose rather than 5. Is it possible to healthily lose 10 pounds in 6 weeks without supplements, hormones, or starving myself? We shall see.

Wow, Meg. You are such an inspiration! (And 10 lbs in 6 weeks is TOTALLY healthy!)

I am going to join in with you! I'm currently off sugar and hope to keep it up until Thanksgiving. We'll see.
