There's nothing like watching a kid go to town on cake and frosting.
Second Daughter was our little princess on her first birthday.
Funfetti cake, pink frosting, rainbow sprinkles, and a tiara.
Some cousins came over for some celebrating.
I remember playing Rockband, opening presents, and eating cake.
Second Daughter turned 6 last week.
She still is my cuddle bug and has the most kissable cheeks. (although Son is a pretty tough competitor!)
She has a tender heart full of so much love.
Every day she prays for our family to always be together forever.
She's a deep thinker that already thinks about how much she'll miss me when she goes to college.
She's trying to decide what job she wants when she grows up - work at Taco Bell, Costco, a checkout girl, or a construction worker.
The other night, after watching The Odd Life of Timothy Green, she added working at a pencil factory to the list.
She has the most amazing memory and a great sense of direction.
She loves to have fun and do special things.
She is very smart and very talented.
She loves music and art.
She loves to laugh and be silly and is very expressive.
We love this girl so much.
She is the heart and soul of our family.
