Conference Weekend is my favorite weekend.
I am looking forward to this conference so very much.
Last week's Relief Society General Meeting was full of things I needed to hear.
I'm sure General Conference will be no different.
We will be lounging around our house Saturday and Sunday, watching conference.
I'm sure the kids will be running around.
It will be so wonderful to be home together and being filled with uplifting messages.
Tonight we have date night with the Daughters.
We are going to see Frankenweenie.
This event has been on the calendar for weeks, and it is finally here.
The girls are so excited.
It's so fun.
Earlier today we went to the theater to purchase tickets (it's opening night after all...), and then to our favorite grocery store to pick out treats - junior mints for First Daughter, candy corns for Second, and a push-pop for Third.
Family dates are so much fun.
The prep is just as much fun.
It adds to the anticipation, and I love it.
From here it looks like this weekend will be full of lots of family time, which is exactly what I need right now.

You'll have to let me know how it is. Carson has been begging to see it, and im hesitant.
I'm excited about conference, too. It's always wonderful.
